DO YOU SERVICE ALL MAKES & MODELS?
We currently specialise in Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Mercedes and Porsche vehicles, however we service all vehicle makes and models.
HOW LONG WILL A MINOR SERVICE TAKE?
A minor service on average takes approximately one hour. However, this depends on whether any other issues are found during the service. If this does occur you will be notified immediately before we proceed with any repairs.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major eftpos and credit cards.
WILL I BE SURPRISED WITH ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS AT THE LAST MINUTE?
No. We will provide you with a quote before we start any work on your vehicle and if there are any additional costs due to anything else found, we will let you know prior to us providing any additional servicing.
CAN YOU SERVICE MY NEW CAR WITHOUT VOIDING MY WARRANTY?
Yes. We are qualified to perform these services for your new car without voiding your warranty with the manufacturer. We only use high quality parts and fluids which are in line with your manufacturer's specifications.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ON THE SAME DAY THE JOB IS COMPLETED?
Yes. All payment must be made on the same day as any work on your vehicle has been completed.
